Who we are

Hostinspired Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates hostinspired.com, the SiteSearch product, and the guest marketplace findstaygo.com. Contact: hello@hostinspired.com.

The reference library

Everything under /resources/ is general information, not professional advice. Commission figures and tool verdicts are reviewed periodically but change without notice, and you should confirm anything commercially significant with the provider directly.

We take no affiliate commission on anything listed. Where a listed product is ours, it is labelled as ours.

SiteSearch accounts

SiteSearch is sold to agencies whose properties are managed through a supported property management system. To use it you must:

• register an account and verify your email address;
• verify that you control the website domain you intend to embed search on;
• keep your publishable key in your own website only.

The key in your embed snippet is publishable and will be visible in your page source. That is by design. It is rate limited and scoped to your inventory. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

What we provide

A search widget you embed on your own website, an API that serves it, and reporting on searches made through it. We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee during the preview period.

Search results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data your property management system gives us. Where availability or pricing is missing, we say so rather than guess.

Your data

Searches made on your website belong to you. We report them back to you and do not share them with other agencies, do not use them to promote competing properties, and do not sell them. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Your property data is used to serve your own search and your own reporting. Listing your properties on the FindStayGo marketplace is a separate, optional choice you control from your account, and it is off unless you turn it on.

Fees

Plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Fees are billed monthly in advance and exclude VAT. During the preview period, pricing may change and we will tell you before it affects you.

Ending the agreement

There is no minimum term. You may stop at any time by removing the script tag from your website and closing your account. We will provide an export of your demand history on request. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for abuse of the API, or where required by law.

Liability

We provide SiteSearch with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profit, or decisions taken on the basis of a demand report. Reports are decision support, not a guarantee of outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a paying customer we will give reasonable notice by email to the account address.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
