How does the extra-property fee work?
£250 covers the first 100 live properties. Each property after that is £3 a month, up to 500. A book of 101 is £253. A book of 175 is £475. Above 500 we quote.
Do we need a property management system?
Yes. SiteSearch reads live availability and pricing from your PMS, and the reports compare guest searches against your real portfolio. We do not sell the widget on scraped inventory, because neither half would be trustworthy.
Does the widget show your branding to our guests?
No. The search your guests use is unbranded and sits on your own domain. There is no Hostinspired or FindStayGo logo in it.
Who owns the search data?
You do. Searches made on your website are reported back to you and are not shared with other agencies. They are not used to promote your competitors.
How long before the demand report is useful?
The briefing unlocks at 50 searches in a 30-day period. Below that, a handful of guests moves the percentages too much to act on, so we hold it back rather than show you numbers you should not trust.
What happens if we cancel?
Remove one script tag from your website. There is no minimum term, and we will export your demand history on request.
