How does pricing work on Hostinspired?
Hostinspired charges a monthly subscription per property rather than taking a commission on bookings. It's currently free to list properties for 12 months.
How do I add my property information?
We have 2 options. Either manual registration or PMS import. The manual option is quick and easy if you're adding a small number of properties. You can add text, images and video using our simple online forms. If you would like to import your property information via a PMS provider first check

Do you manage bookings or payments?
No. If a guest is interested in your property they will be able to click through to your website, or whichever social media channels you provide, to make an enquiry or complete a booking. You own the guest relationship and the opportunity for repeat bookings.
What kind of content performs best for posts?
Authentic, regularly updated content performs best. Short videos, room walk-throughs, views, local tips, and behind-the-scenes updates help guests understand what staying with you actually feels like. You can either manually upload content or link your Instagram account and we will automatically pull your posts to show on Hostinspired.
What's the ultimate aim of Hostinspired
We want Hostinspired to disrupt the OTA marketplace. We don't think an OTA should take such a huge percentage of your income while also putting in place rules to prevent you building your business. Whether you're an owner, a manager or an agency you deserve better.
