How does pricing work on Hostinspired?
Hostinspired charges a monthly subscription per property rather than taking a commission on bookings.
Do you manage bookings or payments?
No. You choose how guests book with you: direct website, PMS booking engine, channel manager, enquiry form, or any combination that suits your setup. You could even link to your airbnb page if you wish - although hopefully you won't need to keep it long term once you've built a strong following on Hostinspired!
What kind of content performs best for hosts?
Authentic, regularly updated content performs best. Short videos, room walk-throughs, views, local tips, and behind-the-scenes updates help guests understand what staying with you actually feels like.
Do I need to manually upload content?
You have a choice. You can either manually upload content or link your Instagram account and we will automatically pull your posts. We recommend linking your Instagram account and also doing the occassional manual upload to keep your host profile engaging.
What's the ultimate aim of Hostinspired
We want Hostinspired to disrupt the OTA marketplace. We don't think an OTA should take such a huge percentage of your income while also putting in place rules to prevent you building your business. Whether you're an owner, a manager or an agency you deserve better.
